The product must be placed parallel to the gutter, from lower to upper part with 5 cm overlaps. An air chamber of 2 cm should be created between Tripomant and the covering (tiles, slate, metallic covering etc.).
Apart from being a continuous and homogeneous thermal insulator, Tripomant works as an acoustic insulator and offers waterproof functions all over the roof, avoiding possible condensation inside the buildings.
Tripomant shall be placed on battens to create an air chamber of about 2 cm.
This way Tripomant will work as a thermal insulator and will create a waterproof barrier which will avoid condensations in the inside of buildings.
With an overlap of 5 cm we avoid thermal bridges.

On floors, floating floors
The only precautionary measure to be taken by Tripomant’s installation on horizontal surfaces is to overlap the product 5 cm (as if not done some minor condensation could happen).
Following this easy instruction the result will be an excellent acoustic and thermal insulator, a perfect steam barrier and all given with a minimum thickness and a very easy installationcompared with other traditional insulators.
